These guys already have a lot of reviews for or vidung light to plants. That's what I originally bought them for. But their use far exceeds as a plant light.They come with an adapter so you can plug the into house outlets but I threw out that little adapter. These run great on a multitude of 5v usn outlets that are are on anything.And they throw out more light than most other USB and surely for the price. Currently a small solar panel and battery provides enough light to keepy porch lit all night.I take these with me to get better light than most flashlights by just plugging into a cellphone charger. And the clip fastens it to a multiple of items so you can secure it almost anywhere, above you, from a post, the wheelwell of a car, a tent. It puts out a lot of light which is adjustable.It has a timer on it so I can set the light to turn off hours after I go to bed, or by a set schedule. All rather cheap so I've come by to by another pair, so nice I found more uses than I had lights.

My plants are so much stronger and greener when starting seeds inside now with this grow light. Before they had only a few hours of sunlight and now they get a full 12 hours. Very bright light and the clip is very grippy and secure. Also nice quality to have is the timer to auto shut off. It really gives me piece of mind that my baby plants are getting the right amount of sunlight and are growing straight upwards instead of having to turn it every day.

Much better than expected. My apartment is very dark, especially in winter and my devil's ivy is the only plant to survive the winter but even that seemed to go dormant and lose a few leaves. I bought these lamps hoping to just keep the leaves it grew over summer but was surprised when the plant produces a bunch of new, tiny leaves with only about 4 hours of use a day total, and now with the spring sun combined with the lamps the plant is also growing much larger. I used to have so many plants before I moved into this cave of an apartment and they died off and am so excited to at least be able to bring in more low light plants, maybe even more, thanks to these lamps.

These were purchased to replace a standing light that had 5 bulbs, I bought 4 of these in total. They only have yellow light, which dims or brightens depending on what you choose. the clamps work pretty well, but they do wiggle. overall they work for my plants but I saw better growth when I utilized the multicolor lights and not just the yellow light. The timer works well, I just suck at remembering to turn them on at the right time of day, unplugging, and power outages means I have to redo it. each light has two bulbs, a remote on the cord, the cord itself and a usb box to fit into the receptical. these a big and blocky, think phone charger style box, and hard to fit on extension cords. the cords themselves are too short to get any decent height on them, as they don't reach more than 3 feet from whatever plug you use.

no colors just shades of white nice to have timer

They work great for my indoor plants and my plants seem to love that extra light

The picture on the left are these lights on the warm setting, the right pic are lights I've had for over a year. These ones are considerably more dim than my older set, even on the brightest setting of each the white white/warm and warm spectrums. They're functional, and I have enough plants I'll find a use for them anyways, but I'm pretty disappointed in these overall. The photo gives it more credit than it deserves. In person the light given off is very underwhelming.The white spectrum reminds me of a terrarium light, and feels very artificial indoors. The plug is a two-prong with a USB, and so it sticks out of the wall a full inch farther than an ordinary two-prong plug. If you're planning on plugging it in behind a piece of furniture, be prepared to permanently move that furniture away from the wall about 4in.These probably aren't returned much because like me, once you already have them you might as well find a use for them. However, the next time I purchase something like this I'm going to go with a different brand and set.This review is for the black two headed, three spectrum light, with the timer. I purchased this as a two pack.
