The description says no k cups but the reviews says k cups can be used which one is correct?

There are TWO models: 14 oz and 16 oz. The 14 oz model does NOT take K cups. The more expensive 16 model comes with both a K cup holder and a filter basket, and can do both.

Does it have different ounces

This model comes with 14 ounce travel mug. If you have a buddy join in your coffee break. You could use the 14oz travel mug it comes with to fill other cups or could also make less, just add less water into the despenser using the cup you plan to drink from 14oz or less.

Can you use regular mugs or do you have to use the travel mug?

You can use any mug you want, as long as it’s 5.5” high or less.

Can I order another cup so I can have one for my sister?

You have to wait a few minutes for the unit to cool down. You'll also need to put the coffee you just brewed into a different vessel because you'll need the thermal cup to brew your second cup.
