Even nicer than the ad!
Nice quality, smooth sliding door, holds two full size loaves of bread with a little room leftover, and is good looking on my counter!

It holds bread. Bread stays fresher for multiple days vs left outside

A good product that requires improvement
After careful inspection I found the product to be in very good condition, no dents. Just like other reviewer the edges are sharp I have the tendency to be a bit clumsy in the kitchen so I'd rather not take any chances and hurt myself. I happen to have those excess metal protectors for my garden raised beds, it worked out perfectly for this product without affecting the functionality of the lid in fact I find that it's even more secure. Please make sure to add protectors for your safety. Lastly, one thing I regret is paying $60 in my own opinion I don't think this item is worth that price at all.

My Oggi Stainless Steel Rolltop Breadbox arrived early, and I'd describe its packaging as attractive and protective. This breadbox is a SUPERB value for the money and deserving of a five-star review indeed! The interior's sized generously, and yet, it doesn't dominate my counter space which I love. The width, depth and height easily fit two large loaves of French Bread and a couple of croissants with room to spare. The roll-top lid slides up and down quickly, quietly and effortlessly. I've taken great satisfaction in the use and functionality of My Oggi over these past few weeks. BTW, I'm a clean freak, and my 1950s bungalow has plaster walls that breathe obnoxious amounts of dust. To my surprise, Oggi's membrane, the fingerprint-resistant coating, also appears to repel the dust that daily settles atop my lovely counters. Additionally, the protective coating ensures a luxurious, long-lasting shine, and cleanup is a breeze. I've literally never used the following phase until now; I HIGHLY recommend this product!
