waste of money - buy fire rated spot lights instead.
its so hard to get them lined up under the plaster, one out of 6 missed altogether, another was half and half. impossible to know exactly where they are after a new build and they were fixed to the beams so cant move it.In hindsight, I should have just bought fire rated lights. cheaper option as well.
