This phone is a very nice one! The screen is HD quality, and the phone has more storage, and the battery life lasts longer.If I have anything that I don't like about it, it's the fact that the battery is not removable for this phone, so if something happens to the battery, it can't simply be replaced without surrendering the entire phone for repairs. Also, I don't like the removable tray that you have to open by sticking a pin tool included in the phone box, to insert your SIM card and MicroSD card into. If I would lose that tool, I'd have no other way of opening that tray. But other than that gripe, I do like that it's not so easy for someone to steal the SIM card and memory card out of the phone, so it's basically a minor gripe. Since this phone is the most expensive one I've ever bought, I also bought accessories for it to take the best care of it that I can! This phone is worth the price if you want a new phone and don't want to pay a lot of money for a phone that you could drop and crack the glass screen. I did that to my $40.00 ZTE Maven 3 phone, so now I have all I need to protect this new phone! And I received this new phone 7 days before the estimated delivery date, so I was able to start using it right away! Aside from the two minor gripes about the tray and the non-removeable battery, I already love this new smartphone! It may be my best purchase yet!

I bought this to replace my Galaxy 6 and I love it. It has most of the features that the other one had but has other features that I love. The fingerprint turning on is my favorite one. But the size is larger than the 6 and I like that. Pictures are top quality that I take. The battery last forever it seems. I take it to work and don't charge it all day and at the end of day still have plenty of charge. With minimal use its still in the 90's. Voice text works really good. It understands speech really well. Great phone for the money also. Less than $100.

I am 70 and my first iPhone was this one 7 years ago. It was almost dead 6 mo ago but I kept babying it along. I really didn't want to tackle a strange phone as I am also a caregiver anf just don't the time to be taught new tricks.So I was glad to see I could get one exactly like it. It doesn't operate a whole lot better than my dying friend. I updated the software but it struggles to hold an app open. Has the same issues of not responding. So whatever. At least it holds a charge and usually has no problem with my favorite site.. AMAZON!!😁

This phone has a great look, the screen quality is okay and ease of use. However, if you are use to a phone that multitask this is not it. until this phone i did not know that apps close or restart when a call comes in or you reply to a message. my previous smart phones were Blackberry and Samsungs so maybe I am bias.If you don't do much on your phone other than make calls, take a few pictures and such this is a great phone for you. but if you are used to listening to a book, play a game and other things on your phone at the same time then this is not for you.

Been using this on Mint Mobile since 2019, has never failed and unit is like new in condition (I have a protector case on it). Wife and I both got one at the same time when we dropped AT&T and went to Mint Mobile and both phones are immaculate and work like new, battery holds a charge like it did new. We paid $75 each i n 2019 so the slight increase in price is minimal for what you get. I will likely have this phone till 4G LTE is shut down but by then I will likely do without a phone or go back to landline (thru the internet though, like MagicJack).

This is the 3rd phone I have purchased. At my age I don't need all the bells and whistles of the newer popular phones. I watch a lot of educational videos on YouTube everyday. Takes decent videos and photos. Since this phone is AT&T, my plan has unlimited everything, including hotspot. I sometimes use up to 70GB + per cycle. Speed does not slow down. $81 per month.

Phone crashed several times. Individual apps crashed several times. After a few weeks the screen suddenly stopped responding to touch. Returning it for a better phone. Stuck with a case and screen protectors that are useless because they can't be returned.

I was impressed with the added features that came with this phone such as spam alert and telemarketer alert. There was some additional learning to do to deactivate the unwanted programs but other than that I am very pleased with this product!

This is one fast smartphone. Easy setup and large screen. Excellent quality camera. Haven’t used the fingerprint security yet. This is my second ZTE and they certainly more than met my expectations.
