i used this for one season and this season after charge it only works for 5 minutes on a full charge is there a warrant whats the contact info
Can I charge it inside my garage?

A Must Have!!
Does a great job cleaning our 12x24 pool. Just toss it in and let it go. It runs for about 60-90 minutes before the battery dies. It does take a while to charge so we just put it on the charger and leave overnight. My only complaint is that the handle recently broke off which makes getting it out of the pool a bit challenging, but does not impact vacuuming. We've used this daily for almost a year and it still works great, even picks up sand. This is my first robot vac and one of the cheapest I found. I wasn't sure what to expect, but with my busy schedule I thought I'd give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend!!!

Worked for one season
This ran well enough for one summer season and now it's very slow and stops when it reaches the pool wall failing to turn around and go any further. The device does not run for 50 min, more like 20 on a full charge. It does not have the capacity to clean a dirty pool, it's more for touch-ups. You can drop this in every day and it will keep you from having to vacuum manually. Hopefully it works longer than one season for you. UPDATE After contacting the manufacturer, they refused to send me a replacement and just keep asking me to do simple troubleshooting procedures that four year old would have already tried. The company says that the warranty is expired and they wont replace the unit. Asurion says that the unit is still under warranty and they will not do anything about it either. I paid over $230.00 for this and now the price is dropped down to under 100.00. Avoid this product, the manufacturer, and Asurion.

Not Enough, Customer Service is Amazing
Update: Wybot Customer Service reached out to me and we did an upgrade to their next product. I had spent a huge amount of time getting that last bit of sand up and then switching to 1-2 times a day, depending on if we were in the pool. We got the new machine Monday evening and I got it set up and charging overnight. The next morning, I added some sand to the pool so I could see how the machine worked.I started with the Osprey 200 and let it do its thing. Nothing crazy with guiding it like I had in the past, just let it run its course. When it was done I pulled it out and then I dropped the Osprey 300 into the pool. You could see an immediate difference in what was being pulled up. It wanted to stay in one 10-foot section of my pool, but it has a way to adjust the movement jets so that it can curve. I did have to force it to move on and after it did, I didn't have issues, minus not wanting to do curved areas. When it was done, I didn't see any sand in the bottom of the pool. I did allow the pool to sit for the day to see if any sand was kicked up and just needed to settle. There was, but very little. I adjusted the movement vents this morning and while I need some more adjustments, it's covering a lot more of the pool today, along with the curved area. I will probably allow it to charge up and run it again this evening, just to make sure the last of the sand is out of the pool so the injured kid can do exercises. Water did drain out, but not the brown the 200 put out. I didn't see a cloud of dust around the 300 either. When I did get it out of the water, there was some sand around the tires, but it was definitely stuck in the cubbies right there. Nothing I would be greatly worried about, especially if it is collecting more than it is losing and I do not need to run it is as often. The 200 is small and very lightweight. A little old lady could possibly handle it. My kids would pull it out and I would be on the phone and pull it out with one hand. The 300 was not a one-handed lift for me. I know the injured kid couldn't do it and my 10-year-old probably couldn't. I could get it to the surface, but I could not pull it the rest of the way out of the water without both hands. 200 would probably be good for a small low-maintenance pool if you know you could not lift something heavy. I still would say, spend the money and go for stronger version as you can. Or opt for one of the hand-held ones that actually look like a vacuum for those who cannot lift. If Wybot had one of those, I'd definitely consider getting it for those small, stubborn areas.Original review: Not very impressed with this at all. It pulls up stuff yes, but it leaves a lot behind. I have been questioning if it really is doing a good job or an okay-ish job since the end of June. It's okay-ish. My son was doing some therapy in the pool when a dust storm hit. He's on crutches so he couldn't get the cover on by himself and by the time I got out to help him we had sand in the pool (I make dinner and watch. He's perfectly safe). I didn't think much of it because we have the vacuum. Five days later, running it 3 times a day, while babysitting it the entire time, I am watching it blow sand up and leave a bunch behind. It is picking some up because I see it when I rinse it out, but there is still so much left behind. I have shut the filter off an hour before and swept the sand to the same area and force it to collect, but I still watch a cloud of dust go up and sand left behind. I even have to rinse brown dust off the top when I rinse the filter. It picked up a receipt no problem, but often can't get leaves. It misses full areas no matter how I have the wheel settings. It runs for 30-40 minutes, which is why I can babysit it and then it dies and won't move at all. This probably doesn't help.Overall, I would not recommend this vacuum. I was hoping it would last until next season, but I will be finding something else. I live in the desert. Dust storms will happen no matter what. I have sand dunes maybe 2 miles from my house. Definitely need something that can handle it. Couldn't imagine having younger kids that a grubby getting in the pool as well. I don't see it working.Still gave it two stars because it does work. It just doesn't work great.

Decent job but design is not good *update added*
*update: seller was nice and offered refund. Really appreciated the customer service.*Power button is on the bottom of the machine. You have to submerge it in water "5 seconds or until bubbles stop" and then turn it on and wait a few seconds for it to cycle the jets on. For this, you are either on your knees on the hard ground at a wierd angle, or you are in the water. At that rate, I cannot run this as frequently as I liked. And both your arms will be wet.The bottom flaps that scrape the pool are not strong. The rubber was so flimsy it warped the first day.Hook they give you is helpful for retrieving the unit but it is so flimsy. It wobbles and looks like it will break under the weight of the unit. So you have to wait for the water to drain put before fully lifting it from the pool. When pulling the unit from the water it has to fully drain. It says to keep it in the water but it will release some of what it has suctioned upPlug also is hard to get in and out. It literally took me and my husband to wiggle the plug out of the port. I tried to do it today by myself and it took me 20 minutes, couldnt get it, so I resorted to wedging it out with the back prongs of the hammer. So 30 minutes later I could finally put it in the pool to deal with the other issues mentioned above. This may be good for an above ground pool but for my in ground pool, I will be returning this unit and going for a better one.
