Mueller Pro-Series All-in-One, 12 Blade Mandoline Slicer for Kitchen

This review is based off my first use of this product. If I find my experience different later, I can update. I’ve only used the smallest dicer blade, but it worked fantastic and I’m a super regimented chopper. I like the pieces uniform and done right. So far this is working great. It isn’t cheaply made like most that I’ve seen/used. I refused to buy one of these because I just didn’t think there were any quality ones out there. A friend of mine recommended this one and had only great things to say about it. So, I took a chance on it. I will say to make sure you get the top on the box correctly- kind of attach it and then fold it down for a proper fit, or it will be ajar, and could probably even break it if you’re not careful. But when you get it set properly, it works great. And bonus - you can get a little frustration out by slapping it down to chop your veggies! It seems very easy to change the blades out depending on what you’re trying to do. They lock in and out nicely and how to do that is clearly labeled. I used it to chop zucchini and yellow squash and I prepped them by first slicing them in a few long slices and then cutting it in half and then put each half of slices through the chopper and it worked great. The blades cut well and the drawer holds the chopped vegetables nicely. And the cleaning brush that comes with it is kind of priceless for getting all the little pieces out of the sharp blades before washing the pieces. Thank you for designing a quality chopper.

This vegetable chopper has been a great addition to my kitchen. The 12-blade design makes chopping vegetables quick and easy, which saves a lot of time when preparing meals. It’s simple to use, and the different cutting options are really convenient. I especially love being able to get evenly sized pieces without spending a lot of time chopping by hand. Great quality for the price and definitely makes meal prep much easier!

First the instructions are to say the least almost worthless. However, the product appears to be well constructed and performs as advertised. Be real patient when using the different functions and do not expect one blasted bit of information of value from the instructions. If you have a knack for putting puzzles together, I recommend. Once you use it the product is actually far better than others, I have tried and thrown away. This one is worth the effort.

After reading many reviews for slicers, we decided to try this one. It does a great job, but it takes a bit of time and effort to chop and slice the food. And the prep work and cleanup take a bit of time also because there are so many parts that need to be cleaned. I read some reviews that it cuts through onions very easily, but I didn’t find that to be the case. It needed quite a bit of force to cut through the onion I was using. The slicer blades are very sharp. For safety, the blades come in their own box and that is a great feature but I wish it was a little easier to store everything together in a compact way.

Wife needed a better chopper/dicer/slicer. Something better than me. Unit has multiple grates for several options. Only drawback is trying to clean the wire grates, they are sharp and food sticks to it. A comb is included to clean the plastic upper grate, but you cannot use it on the wire grates.Large catch container for chopped food.

I purchased this as a gift for my son. He loves it. He says it’s fun easy to use. Way faster than his other one and a lot sharper. It exceeds in functionality with all its features and that means dinner on the table in record time.

This chopper is really sharp, has a nice variety of attachment blades, good design, and makes prep time minuscule. It has a durable build, is easy to use and clean. So far, it's been an asset in meal prep which is awesome, because prep work takes so much time. I also love the fact that it didn't cost me an arm and a leg too, which is a plus. Gotta go 👍👍 on this one for sure.

I haven’t been able to use this a lot yet, because I have a love hate relationship with it. It’s not as sharp as I thought it would be. I tried using the large slotted dicer to chop a purple onion that I had cut into 4 equal pieces about 1/2 inch thick. On the third piece, the whole thing went sailing across the counter throwing bits of onion everywhere. The rubber feet do not keep it in place. The lip to keep it locked into place, failed. One of the bars on the slicer, flexed. I had cut the onion in half lengthwise, then cut each half in half lengthwise. It was a brand new unit and this was its first job. I was not impressed.Today, I decided to give it another try. I intended to try the mandolin feature for some fresh ginger and garlic. I could not for the life of me figure out how to add the mandolin top. After watching every video, I finally figured out how to slide the lid off and slide the mandolin onto the unit.So… here’s what I like: I like that it’s lightweight, has a drawer that is large enough to hold almost all the extra parts, save the spiraling device. I like the appearance. I like that the mandolin has so many blades and options. I like that the catch bin holds so much. The things I don’t like: I find the chopper absolutely worthless. It won’t chop onions or even baby carrots. If I have to cut an onion in six slices to make it chop, or a baby carrot in half, for the chopper to work, then I’ve already become the chopper. As a mandolin, it’s great, as a chopper, it’s useless.I added the pictures to help others who may have a problem removing the top to put on the mandolin. It just slides off when in the proper position, which is straight up. It can’t be angled at all. I hope that helps

He comprado otros similares a éste y si se ve diferente. Los materiales se ven de muy buena calidad. Es fácil desmontarlo para lavarlo y cambiar los aditamentos. Completo el manual. Solo viene en ingles. Viene muy bien empacado el producto, para evitar que se dañe en el trayecto. No suelo comentar sobre los productos, sin embargo, me pareció muy servicial y lindo que la sra quien los vende me enviara una nota agradeciendome por mi compra y solicitando mi reseña, lo escribió a mano. Son detalles que valoro y lo agradezco. En general el producto es útil, de buena calidad con respecto al precio, fácil de usar, filosas sus cuchillas y se ve que me va a durar con el cuidado correspondiente. Una gran ayuda para quienes cocinamos en casa.

I liked using this product and found it a timesaver but somewhat tricky to clean. My main reason for the poor rating is that one of the parts broke within 4 months of purchase rendering most of the product no longer fit for purpose. I contacted Mueller to buy a replacement part but they do not provide this service, also because I had purchased the item from another seller they were not interested in my issue. So now I have an expensive device that I can no longer use because of lack of after sales support.This product broke during normal usage which should not have happened so I also wish to point out that it lacks robustness.

値段は張るがその分刃元は取りやすく洗うときも洗いやすいうまく別れてもらいたい部分が取れる使用になっているので良い！

The item arrived earlier than expected and was as described. But, once I started using it, it was better than described! For years I have stood and cut vegetables for our soups, stews and salads ending up with a sore back and constant fear the I will cut myself. The Mueller Pro-Series All-In-One has changed all that. It took longer to peel the vegetables than it did to have them perfectly diced. I have only scratched the surface of how useful it will be in future. Excellent purchase
