so, i bought mine for a different purpose..i have an antique china hutch right behind where my door opens, so i use this doggie to keep the door from hitting the hutch when i have door open on a windy day , so the door hits the doggie not the hutch ,his weight is perfect and he has never slid or moved

It does a wonderful job keeping the drafts down to a minimum

It looks just as advertised and is just plain adorable. I've gotten quite a few compliments on it, too.

I use this for my window sill. It sits nice on the sill if I turn it sideways. Does a good job and looks absolutely adorable

Buyer Beware: ONLY THE HEAD AND TAIL ARE WEIGHTED. The rest of the body is made of some light synthetic material that will bunch up and not lie properly on the floor. It won't lie against the under-door gap, which totally defeats the purpose. Only keeping it bc it took so long to come, but I have to fill it w/ my own sand. Would have been very cute if they weren't so cheap w/ the sand.
