I made a beautiful kraken hat out of this yarn and it turned out amazing 🤩. Chenille yarn in general is a bit tough to work with because it’s soft and slippery. But the completed product is amazing. I made this for a friend and he loves it. He said it’s warm, soft on the skin and he got a lot of compliments on the hat. I’m very pleased with the yarn and the colors and how soft it turned out. I had no issues with the quality and the yarn was strong enough for me to get enough tension to make the tentacles curl. I tugged pretty hard on it and it didn’t break. I’m very happy with this yarn and will likely buy this brand again 😃

I like this yarn, but it’s more like a velvet yarn than a chenille. It works up well and has nice vivid colors. Overall, I like this yarn and would recommend it! I used it for the shell of this “Cheeky Turtle”!!

The blue and purple yarn is just gorgeous. My only issue is that the variegation has longer color sections than I would like. In some places blue or purple goes on for what seems like a long time before changing. I was weaving with it, and would have preferred more variation. That is probably not as much if an issue with knitting or crocheting. Combine it with black for really dramatic jewel tone color

Can't really do a fishnet pattern as you see on the back of my hand it's supposed to be fishing it but it's too chunky for it double half crochets really good and single crochets really good with this yarn I used a 5.25 mm hook you might be able to use smaller ore bigger hook it's up to you it is very soft it is easy to undo and it doesn't fray much at all

Love this yarn. Much thinner than Retro Velvet yarns and easier to work with.

It is a pretty and soft yarn. But the picture was misleading. The skeins were much skinnier and smaller than I expected.

I received a BEAUTIFUL selection from the surprise pack! The yarn is super soft and I’m very excited to use it for amigurumi. The quality is great and from testing the yarn seems super smooth and easy to crochet with!

I was so excited to try this as ive been wanting thinner chentille yarn but cant find any in stores. I put down my project after the first round to deal with my kids, came back to start working on it again and found a stretch of yarn with just a string and no fuz. I wasn't pulling on it or anything, nobody touched it but me, I literally put it down and picked it up and everything was ruined because I couldn't go any farther and I couldn't undo it to fix it. I'll be returning, of this is how the first couple inches of this yarn is going to be then I'm not even going to bother trying anything else. I would be so upset if this happened later in my project rather than at the very start. I'm still upset because the hunt continues for the perfect yarn, this sadly was not it...
