Q: Product Dimensions: 18.5 x 7 x 19 inches: Is it 7" deep?

The outside dimension is 7" from bottom of feet to top of handle on lid. The inside depth is about 2.5" deep. This pan is a really good size. Once a week I bring it over my inlaws to make a dinner there ( for 6), I can fit 7 pork chops or many chicken breasts in it. It's easy enough to clean.

Q: How deep of this skillet,( 12 inch )?

Approximately 2 1/4 " deep at the side and higher in the middle when using the domed lid. We have also used ours to deep fry fish and chicken in vegetable oil. Very functional and good looking appliance.

Q: It's advertized with a "non stick interior." Is that teflon or something like it? I'd prefer if it was just stainless steel.

It is stainless steel and cleans up like a dream. I have a catering business and was looking for a large electric frying pan. I purchased one and fell in LOVE with it. Bought another! You won't be disappointed in this pan. You can put it in the dishwasher too!!!

Q: Do you think the 12 inch is big enough? The 16 inch seems so large, but the 12 inch seems just a bit small.

The 12 inch is very shallow and not able to handle items like fried chicken. The 16 inch is only wider but not deeper. I returned mine for that reason.
