Quality & looks and fits well
After reading all the reviews I was then intrigued, ordered it and yes excellent quality. Was just perfect. Not baggy as some people had said. It was just perfect. Now going to order in different colours. Quality of material is excellent.

Excellent
I really like these trousers. They are comfy, practical, smart-looking so can be worn in the office and easy to wash and dry. The pockets are great. The 2 zipped cargo pockets are very useful as they're easy to access when out walking. For the price, they are brilliant. I now have 3 pairs :)

Too baggy - Pity because otherwise excellent
The good:- Really nice, good quality material with very comfortable stretch to it (10% elastane).- Well made garment with quality construction and stitching.- Good, deep pockets easily able to take a smartphone. The two side zipped cargo ones have a 16cm opening and are comfortably 18cm deep, whilst the single rear zipped pocket has a 14cm opening and is a little under 18cm deep. The two non-zipped front hand pockets are also a good depth.- Secure button waist closure (not a press stud / popper or hook like some others).- Waist true to size and a normal, regular length. Yippee! So many of these walking trousers are cut ridiculously long, but these ones are sensible in that respect (although they are quite wide at the ankle - 8 inches - and there is no cinch of any kind). The less good (for which reason I'm returning them):They are cut far too baggy, like a pair of lounge suit trousers from the 1990s rather than something intended for athletic activity. Three of the pictures show a pair of trousers I consider well cut for climbing and walking (especially if made from stretchy fabric as these are) laid on top of the MAGCOMSEN ones for comparison, from which it can be seen that these otherwise excellent trousers are cut at least an inch wider: which for me is too much, especially given the light weight of the material. This is exacerbated by the length of the rear rise, which results in a ton of excess material in the seat and a line from the posterior down which makes them look and feel even more baggy than that extra inch might suggest. It's silly and unnecessary! Why do they do this? There's so much give in the material, there's just no need. It doesn't make them more comfortable or increase freedom of movement for the intended use at all, it merely makes them more annoying in my opinion. It also means that anything of any weight that you put in the capacious pockets (such as a phone) has the opportunity to flap around all over the place and bang into everything including yourself. So it's rather gutting to send them back. They would be perfect in every other way -- which is why I've given 4 stars, since others may not care about the cut.Certainly good value. Goodness knows how the outdoor industry has managed to convince people that basic walking trousers should cost in the region of £70 (let alone the more "premium" £150+ ones, that aren't necessarily any better). Clearly, that isn't how much good walking/trekking/outdoor trousers should be costing, because these MAGCOMSEN ones at £36 are at least as good quality as anything by Regatta, Dare2b, Karrimor, Mountain Warehouse, Craghoppers etc. etc. and are even spot on with the sizing (which is more than can be said for Regatta). The others are so obviously profiteering, hawking stuff cheaply made in China as if it were special. Such a pity about the unhelpfully wide, baggy cut of this MAGCOMSEN version, because it actually is special in every other respect. They were even very nicely packaged in a quite thick plastic zip bag.

Comfortable good fit
Liked everything about these trousers. Stretch material and stretch waist band make for very comfortable wearing. Have just purchased second pair. Dry very quickly when wet but as stated a reasonable level of waterproofing.

Very comfortable
Tight at the ankle, but that’s what I wanted. Stretch is really handy.
