Good Quality for this price point. Came with black spot I was able to "bump" off the LCD or mirror inside with a sharp smack.
First off, when I received this projector and tested it out there was a big black spot about the size of my fist near the middle of the screen (see attached video). I was fairly disappointed as I had read other reviews saying the same. I contacted support, went through their steps and was told I could only process a return. I ordered a replacement and started the return. After that I thought, well its going back now as defective why not see if I can tap/smack it and if it is just on the LCD or mirror if it will fall off. I tried it a few times right away and no change. Later on I tried again, pointed it up, pointed it down and sideways. To my surprise the speck moved way off to the left edge. I tried smacking it some more and suddenly it was gone. To be clear, these were not heavy hard hits, open faced palm with about as much force than you might use if you were disciplining a small child. Now that it was off I feared it would just get on there again I decided to slowly, keeping it in my hands change the units orientation repeatedly to see if it would fall back in to view and it did not. I faced it up, down, side to side and rotated it end over end and the black spot stayed gone. I was thrilled that it was good now. Given I would not know what was coming on the replacement, if it would be better or worse I cancelled that order in favor of what I had received being mindful I had 30 days to change my mind.To my review of this projector:I have only had the unit a day now. I set up the projector about 10 feet from a white painted wall ( not projector paint). The colors are pretty good, not great. The sharpness and clarity is also very good but not HD great. I tried casting my windows 10 screen to this with an HDMI Microsoft screen cast device and it worked, but a spreadsheet was not clear at all so I see why they say not for "office" use. I am sure a lower resolution and a larger font would yield different results but out of the box, no.Brightness. During the day, in a room with no interior lights on but sunlight coming in the image was easily visible on a white wall, It was not super bright under those conditions therefore not super sharp. In a mostly darkened room it looked VERY bright.I am pretty pleased with the appearance for light use and my intended use, projecting holiday digital decorations out my homes windows. Those look GREAT and worked great right off the USB drive no issues. One thing I wish the unit had was a "random play" feature that ran continuously for those videos. Outside of digital decorating I am sure it will see occasional use for movie projections for the kids.I tried a movie HD projection and the colors were soft so was the sharpness/clarity but overall it would make a group of kids happy. Skin tones were not perfect but all in all, at this price point I have no complaints about the projected image so far.I work with HD projection equipment regularly and I can tell you, they are $1000-$5000 easy. Getting good-very good quality HD projections at this price you are getting a bargain that will serve for light use... think slumber party or group meeting movie showing etc... or digital decoration projection without difficulty. If you want an everyday HD projector to watch regularly you will be able to pick this apart pretty quickly. In that case spend the thousands or find a good used high end one.The Fan... well, yes as other have said it is LOUD, period. So are most of the high end ones too though. The electronics/lights MUST be cooled there is no way around this. If you were watching a movie with sound up and a small group of kids well... it would be there but I don't think a huge distraction unless your watching a very quiet movie.Speakers. There is built in sound and it can get pretty loud! At about 15 - 18 it was easily audible for dialog and the scale goes to 50!Temper your expectations. Is it HD.. sure it can accept HD inputs and do a reasonable job of displaying it for this price point. Is it going to be HD TV super high end, super sharp, the best possibly color quality image? Absolutely not. This is good for parties, digital decorating use to fill a short term need. I would not recommend this to replace a good quality HD TV.Overall, for my needs, expectations and expertise with this type of technology I would say for $200 this exceeded my expectation even after having to knock off the debris that was visible upon receipt.

Best bang for the buck!
I wanted to buy a cheapie projector to pass the time during overnight security watches for work, as well as some home entertainment use. I initially didn't want to spend more than $150, so I bought the Abox T22. First one was DOA and second one was very disappointing. It wasn't bright enough nor was it HD (lesson learned about the phrase "1080p 'supported'"). I realized I was gonna have to go to the next price point to get at least 720p native resolution and something brighter than 2000 lumens. Anything less just seemed like a waste of money.I hemmed and hawed a bit over which unit to buy, and that worked out in my favor. The day I settled on the GP100 it went on sale for $160! After having it for a few days now that seems like a steal.I've watched Game of Thrones and Star Wars TFA. This projector handled both nicely. It's bright enough to handle a decent amount of ambient light and the resolution gives all the detail the average person would want/need.My only quips are:There's no focusing of the entire picture. Either the center is focused, or the edges. Or the entire picture is just slightly out of focus, but balanced. You just have to find what's most appealing for you. And you really only notice it when there's text on the screen. The picture is slightly washed out. This has come up in other reviews. However you can adjust the picture quality in the settings to correct this a bit. This gets five stars because I can now watch HD movies on the big screen for $160. Its an awesome value for a product that exceeded my expectations.

No Dolby patent so Projector will NOT play audio from HDMI
While the video seems good enough for most, I wish they had advertised the fact that this Chinese projector does NOT have a patent to play Dolby and therefore will NOT play any Dolby Audio from a DVD player including some cable boxes. So, as most DVD players and decent sound systems use Dolby, you will not hear sound with your video or at least be very limited on what your sound options are. The projector will not play Dolby sound through an HDMI cord. The Questions and Answers paper that is included discusses this, but the advertisement does not leaving you with 3 options: Return the projector for another brand, use very the low quality RCA cable to single jack connection, or use another sound source separate from the projector. I don't want low quality video, much less no audio. I wanted a system that I could build with decent HD video and would at least be able to use a speaker system that sounds as good as the video. Bottom line, you will be disappointed in the sound options.

Overall great projecter!!
This projecter has been fun to use! We have used it for a family party to show pictures off a flash drive. We have hooked up laptop to it and watched Netflix clear as day off a solid white wall in the loft of our home. Even better yet I was able to plug my firestick into it!!! We use kodi slot in our home so that was a huge plus for us. Product itself was very easy to use. Setup was extremely easy to do. We have not used it outdoors yet. It plan on trying that out soon to watch football, cannot wait to see that life size!!! Overall great product and would highly recommend.
