I love this keyboard set. I bought this keyboard June 7th started using it June 10th. It is now July 29th and my keyboard started glitching 2 days ago and now it won't charge. Disappointed this only worked for less than 2 months but I will be buying again.This company has great customer support. They contacted me within 24hrs and gave great troubleshooting and technical support.

My son has had these for a few months and the mouse already broke but the keyboard is still working. Not really sure what happened with the mouse but other than that he likes it. The lights on the keyboard are nice. Update: company wrote me to help me fix the problem and when they couldn’t they sent him a new mouse! I was blown away they took the time to try and help me fix the problem

I really like the feel and looks of both the keyboard and the mouse. The lights were something fun and unique to break up working in an office all day. I purchased on June 17, 2024 and the lights on the keyboard stopped working July 29, 2024. I've tried charging and changing batteries but nothing works and I have missed my return window by 10 days. Now I am stuck with a boring white keyboard. I really hope the mouse lights don't die as well.

Update: spoke with the seller they were very nice. Sent replacement and apologized for inconvenience. I bought this end of May 2024 it is now July 18th 2024 and some of the letters no longer work. For the short time it did work I loved it. I wish it would have lasted longer

Bought the set because I really needed a new keyboard and it was cheap and light up. It is the only wireless one I could find in my price range unfortunately after about a month of using it it no longer turns on even fully charged. We have tried multiple times and it will turn on for two seconds and shut off, the mouse works the keyboard no longer works love the design of the keyboard love the clicks and the Putting cap that no longer works after a short time of use

This is an easy keyboard to use & the mouse is just as easy!! I was needing a new keyboard & mouse for a second computer…..these work great since they are portable & easy to store away from the computer & off of my desk. I really like the colors as well!!

It is a full size keyboard as expected. The lighting options are great. The mechanical feel of the keystroke is satisfying. I found it easy to charge and I like the fact that it disconnects automatically when it is idle. I would love to see a variant with ergonomic curves.

During day time transparent letters on white keys makes it difficult to see the what key you're pressing. Otherwise I love the design and lights.

The media could not be loaded.  I got the keyboard and mouse about 1week and a half a go the lights worked properly i enjoyed the size of the keyboard and the feel. But 1 week in i decided to turn of the lights and when i tried to turn them back on they were not working properly anymore as it shows in the video. It sucks cause otherwise it would be a good product but yeahActually im the dummy who wasn’t using the proper charger work perfectly love it

I bought this keyboard with the mouse. The keyboard although has good quality but it stopped working and it does not get charged as well. So I cannot use it neither return it since it is beyond the return period.

I didn't want to spend $250 on a gaming keyboard, so the price is right, let say that because of my habit and my age I find the design different, all in all it do the job very well, I do sim racing at night in a dark room so I needed backlight touch over a black keyboard with black touch...No issue to install or get the light going, just read the instructions the only downside so far is me, I am quite sure there is light for the mouse but didn't find the way to activate it, did not do my homework tho.The keyboard is responsive and the mouse as well, actually work better than my Logitech one so it's a plus.So far very happy and recommended the product
