Would have given it five stars except for the fact that it is double-sided. Will have to order another set to be ableto post both sides in the wall.

Handy laminated exercise sheets. I hadn't them on the wall with magnets and can vary my routine or repeat by numbering the panels with dry erase markers.

great quality, very heavy duty. Stretching and yoga postersIt has great picture demonstrations! Would be nice if it could flatten out better. Use it as visual aid in physical therapy at home.

The posters are sturdy and the graphics are clear. I really like them and can’t wait to hang them up in my gym!

They were exactly what I was expecting! They look great. One side is vertical and the other is horizontal.
