Small powerhouse with an excellent screen
This is a great Chromebook for me. It is physically smaller than my previous 11-inch models although the screen seems just a big and has much better resolution. It also features more computing power than I really need, although who wouldn't appreciate the increased speed of page loading? It has taken me some time to get used to the detachable keyboard. It works fine, and has a great feel. I've mastered using the kickstand while balancing it on my lap. However, I wish it would function in bluetooth mode when detached. The computer functions well in the tablet mode when the keyboard is detached. And the kickstand offers support in vertical as well as horizontal orientation. The port connectivity using the included USB hub is handy and works well with no transfer speed loss that I could detect. I'm pleased with the purchase.

We bought this for our 12 year old daughter and she loves it! She likes the touch screen, battery life and it is pretty fast as well!

A Refurbished Computer
The advertisement suggests this is a brand new product but it is being sold through a second company (Issaquah Highlands Tech). The product I received was fine but it was a refurbished item. I think if I had known it was refurbished, I'd be fine with keeping it however I returned the item, due to misleading advertising. There is only one USBc port and headphone jack on this computer. It is limited to apps on the Google Play store and the Chromebook app store. Some apps on Google play may not work/display correctly if they're designed for a cell phone instead of a laptop. One pro is that the USBc 7 in 1 hub provided by Issaquah Highlands Tech is really useful and compact.
