This is my third purchase, so I can honestly say that I do see an increase in the amount of hair volume & silkiness since taking it. (I've always had baby fine, thin hair.) Vegan caplets are easy to swallow, & taste herb-earthy good. I have experienced hair texture & skin benefits with no side effects. Recommend trying it for 2 months to test if it works for you.

I wanted to wait a couple months before giving a review since supplements take a while to show its effectiveness. I’ve been using these supplements for over 6 months for my PCOS symptoms, primarily hair thinning and excess facial hair. I take 2 daily and I have seen an improvement in these 2 areas. Primarily my facial hair. I was waxing every 2 weeks or having to shave or tweeze my face every few days. I had a lot of long, thick hair on my chin area that was getting out of control. Now it’s been 3 months since I last waxed my face and the hairs have gone back but very slowly and they are quite thin. I’ve gone from being so insecure for having all this facial hair, to not caring about all this “peach fuzz” as no one can really see it. I do think this has been thanks to this supplement as I haven’t changed anything else, but again, it has taken several months to see improvements. This is not a miracle product, but it really does work. It doesn’t have a weird taste, or smell, and they’re of standard size that they are easy to swallow. In regards to the scalp hair, I do have A LOT of new hair, but I’ve stopped using hot tools, I’m eating less carbs, and I’m microneedling. So I cannot say with certainty that they helped with it solely. At least it contributed to it.

I purchased these to take for weight loss related hair shedding. It hasn’t been long enough to comment on the effectiveness but I do want to leave a preliminary review to advise others that this product has a very off putting smell AND taste. I am having a very difficult time getting these down daily and I take multiple natural supplements. I’ll update once I know more about their impact on hair loss - if I can manage to take them.

OH MY LANTA. This actually freaking works like WHAT. I room before and after pics of me taking this for 10 days at least. I did double dose in the first week. Then I went to single dose. I just wanted to sprint on these the first 7 days and then start cruising. These are my results. Pictures speak for me. I know this does not look like much, but I didn’t take pictures the first 3 days of taking it. I usually do hard re search on anything I buy. Keep in mind I stayed fully off of coffee (lying had coffee maybe 2 days total) but no junk food or fried food or soda or sugar (which I don’t drink or eat to begin with). I’m on TRT which is a side effect. Which is fine because I’d rather be healthy than be sacred to have a pimple. But it’s annoying bc for the past ten years I had almost fully clear skin. I’m generally healthy meaning I don’t eat processed fried or drink sodas to begin with. This medication definitely helped me. My nails have hardened as well. It did get my hair under control as I started to grow more body hair all around since being on TRT which is also a side effect (which I’m not complaining about, as it is only noticeable to me and gives me full head of hair). Sorry for being long winded. No one is paying me for this review, this is the only acne medication that I ever tried which worked. Just super happy to share it. (I also took AZO, which is hormonal balance for women, and I am under suspicion it has aided it a little as well) (I got scratched recently but it’s not acne)

I hate having to give this a low rating because I'm sure it actually works for hair growth. But it makes me break out. 4 years ago, I started growing my hair out. I was taking biotin gummies because my hair grows pretty slowly. It was working, my hair started growing noticeably way faster. But, I was also dealing with some pretty stubborn acne around the mouth/chin/cheek/jaw/neck areas. I thought it was hormonal. A friend of mine mentioned biotin made them break out so as an experiment I stopped taking mine, and suddenly my skin cleared up. Now it's been almost 4 years and I wanted to try again. I thought, I'm older, my hormones are different, this isn't a gummy and it's a different brand... Maybe it'll be fine. Nope. I've been taking it for 4 days, and I'm already breaking out in the same areas. You can even see some on my neck. I literally got my first breakout spot on my lip corner literally the day after taking my first dose. I'll include pictures from 4 yrs ago, and some from now, and one of what my skin normally looks like these days. It's just not worth it to me. I had acne for so long, I'd rather have the clear skin and just deal with my slow hair. I would return these, but I know they'll just get thrown out cause it can't be resold so I'll give mine away. Shame.

Love this , it works for me , I was experiencing a lot of shedding …my Doctor recommended this and I use this in conjunction with pumpkin seed oil and Hair Force supplements ..
