It is very comfortable, the actual heel portion is very thin. It does help.

My husband works as a selector in a warehouse and had blisters so bad they were bleeding every night when he got home. We tried many different products, inserts, special socks, insoles, bandages and tapping and nothing worked. After his first day wearing this protective sleeve he told me to order two more. After a week his foot is completely healed and his pain is gone. I'm not sure what specific use this product was designed for, but it said Achilles protection and it has done that for him wonderfully. As mentioned, I already have bought it again, fantastic product.

Hoping for relief from "pump bump", but the cushioned area was barely thicker than the stretch tube. Came in an unlabeled packet. Slid on easily, but didn't stay in position well during the day.

This protects my husbands Achilles. Keeps pressure off of the Achilles. Without them he wouldn’t be able to do much as far as walking and getting around.

Unfortunately, it slides around....Order one size smaller?

I was so excited when I purchased this product and couldn't wait until it arrived. However the only size available was a L-XL; thought that wouldn't be a problem as usually these things run small. WRONG, this one is so big that it doesn't even grip around my ankle, it just slides down due to the size. It came in an unmarked ziploc type bag so perhaps this is an overrun, or irregular. I certainly would not buy from this company again. Not having the product delivered in a sealed product bag is a clue that I overpaid for a knock off of some sort.
