First of all! I have to thank Amazon for on time delivery and for the neat packaging. Coming to the product, the LG OLED TV C2 is an exceptional display that delivers stunning picture quality with its OLED technology. The colors are vivid, the contrast is deep, and the blacks are truly black, thanks to the self-emissive pixels. The C2's design is sleek and modern, blending well with any room decor. However, audio quality from built in audio speakers are not that great, you need to have a sound bar or a hone theatre to compliment the display.Overall, this is an impressive choice for those seeking top-notch picture quality and a sleek design.

I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer for over 8 years, and this was the first time I faced such a disappointing experience. Here’s what happened:1. Prime Day Purchase Gone Wrong:During Amazon Prime Day, I bought the LG OLED C2 55-inch TV at a significantly reduced price. I also applied a ₹1,000 cashback coupon for LG appliances, but even after the TV was delivered, the cashback never materialized. Customer support gave me false hope, only to later tell me the cashback was "not trackable."2. Installation Nightmares:The installation was handled by a third-party technician, not LG. The technician was more focused on upselling peripherals like a stabilizer than ensuring a quality setup. After a rushed installation, he demanded ₹2,800 for services like wall mounting, which should have been free according to LG’s setup options. The stand provided was of poor quality, and to this day, I haven’t received an invoice for it from either the technician or Amazon.3. Defective Product:The technician didn’t even bother with a proper demo or inspection of the TV. After 15-20 minutes of use, I noticed a horizontal black line—dead pixels—following a firmware update.4. Poor Customer Support:When I contacted Amazon for a replacement, they claimed to be in touch with the seller but provided no follow-up. I had to spend nearly 2 hours daily on support calls and chats, only to receive conflicting information from different support teams. In the end, they processed a return but refused to address the issue of the overpriced, low-quality stand or the third-party technician’s poor service, despite me providing proof of my conversation with the LG team.5. Overall Disappointment:This experience has been a major let down. If you're spending a significant amount on a high-end OLED TV like this, it’s essential that everything from the wall mount to the TV stand is included in the box. Amazon’s support throughout this ordeal was unhelpful, and the third-party technician's service was downright unacceptable. I’m now stuck with a low-quality stand and no invoice to show for it.
