Fits my Jeep great and thick. Held up great so far

Product arrived as promised with all hardware. Took about 10 mins to install. The hardware mounts under the hardtop screws and flips down over the screws flush when not in use. Nice touch. The straps that attach the cover to the headrests are easy to install and adjust for tightness. Not sure the strap for the middle head rest was necessary. I may or may not use it going forward. The fit is good. I tested it with the back seats up, both down, and individually down. Works perfectly in all configurations. I was concerned that when the cover sides were clipped in place the fit of the bottom would be messed up as the seat configuration was changed. Not a problem at all. I don't know if I got lucky, or if the design engineers just thought of everything (rare trait), but the straps are long enough to accommodate my storage saddlebags I installed in front of the roll bar. Fit is perfect, and I get good protection of the cargo area side walls. All I need to do to access the saddle bags is to unclip the straps and reconnect when I'm done. The Star design looks good, and the material is pretty thick. I'm using it for runs to the dump and beach trips so I am 100% confident this will last as long as the Jeep. I was hesitant to buy the American flag version because IMO it is disrespectful to load garbage and lawn clippings on top of the flag. The finish is slick so sliding heavy bags of grass clippings should be easy. I did take off 1 star, but to fair it's a darned if you do darned if you don't situation for the manufacturer. There is Velcro on the back of cover that holds it in place when raising and lowering the seats. Good thought - it helps keep the fit tighter than it would be without the Velcro. BUT (a 1 star but...), the Velcro hooks are STRONG and I'm certain the carpet on back of the seat will quickly get shredded doing Velcro duty. I'm thinking about 2 workarounds. 1). Get some Velcro and mount it on the back of the seat to take the weather and tear (how to affix it? Dunno - haven't thought this option out the whole way yet.). 2). Just buy Velcro to fasten to the cover so it doesn't grab onto the seat. I'm not sure there is a any downside to not having the cover velcroed to the seat back. This is a great product. I'm pleased with my purchase and would gladly buy again. Especially when I almost spent $300 for an almost identical product.

I probably not buy again unless i had proper bench seats covers (2017 jku). The velcro damaged the back of my bench. I also did not appreciate that the parts that wrap around the head rests were simply adjustable elastic bands without clipping buckles. The stars I did give are to credit the durability of the vinyl material—makes cleanups easier and definitely protects from scratches. Appearance is alright, star design is cool but at the end of the day it wasn’t worth the money for me.

My 50 pound dog has only been in the back once and scratched it. The velcro is also messing up my seat covers, but keeps back dry

At the 40-50 range, this really isn't great value. The material appears to be a relatively thin cordura-type fabric backed with a thin, flexible PVC-like material. The included d-rings are cheap and not sized well for the application. Additionally, they used cheap plastic hooks attached by some not very robust looking elastic straps. I honestly don't expect this product to last very long, but it's better than having nothing if you know that the rear compartment in your JL is likely to get scratched up. On a final note, if you have the audio package with the subwoofer, you may want to leave the front right clip undone when you don't have anything back there and adjust the other right side hooks to compensate.
