I strongly recommend avoiding this product. The earbuds stopped working, and the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I contacted Truke support multiple times, but they failed to provide any proper assistance. Instead of resolving the issue or arranging a replacement, they kept redirecting me to different service centers and third-party contacts. Even after following all their instructions, I still couldn't get my defective earbuds replaced. Buying a product is one thing, but good customer support is equally important. Unfortunately, Truke has failed in that area. Based on my personal experience, I regret purchasing this product and would recommend choosing a different brand with better quality and reliable customer service. This is not written out of frustration it is my honest experience as a customer.

Sound quality is good. Enough loud at 50-60% volume,but volume distortion@100%. Punchy bass; clear treble & vocals. Mic quality in indoor condition is good. No ANC, but ENC works well & manage to cut off indoor noises. Touch sensors work fine. It has In Ear Detection Sensor which is great in this price range. Many people complain about it's function,but it works fine for me. It is kind of tricky. Firstly it is turned off. You have to manually turn it on by tripple tapping in left earbud,after that you have to put it off from ear,then put it on again, thereafter it will work fine. Now you have to do it everytime whenever you put it back in case & reuse it. If you don't turn on ear sensor manually each time,it will not work. Only problem is with battery backup. Company claims 48 hours with case. 10 hr in single charge+Additional 38 hr(3-4 times charge via case) This is completely misleading. It only gives total 21 hr playback. It will give around 7 hr backup on single charge @50-60% volume(only music listening/watching video,but no call/gaming) You can charge the earbuds full only 2 times via case: so additional 14 hr. If you try to charge after 2nd time it will only charge the buds 4-5 minutes & then it is off. Now Truke is doing this rubbish marketing of 48 hours playback with each earbud they luached till now. They mentioned 40 mah battery for earbuds,300 mah in case for each of their products. Truke buds air lite also have same specification. So others will also not give 48 hours battery backup. Technically it is also not possible. It has 300 mah battery in case,it acts like a 300mah powerbank. So let assume it's efficiency is 60%. So it will give output of 180 mah.(It is less than mentioned capacity due to energy loss while energy transfer) Now each earbud has 40 mah,so total 80 mah. Now buds can be charged via case 180÷80=2.25 times. That's it.
