Yummy and easy
I am a very lazy cook so I am down for anything that makes the process easier on me. Theses small boxes contain both a seasoning mix and teriyaki sauce. The seasoning is mixed with oil and then you coat the meat and veggies with the mixture. After baking for about 30 minutes (depending on your oven) you drizzle the sauce over the food and serve with rice. This was simple enough that even I could do it and had a very tasty and healthy meal. I do recommend lining the sheet pan with either parchment paper or a silicon baking mat to prevent sticking.

DELICIOUS!! And EAsy to make
I LOVE the way everything you need comes in ONE little box -- two packets- one of seasoning and one of the best Teriyaki Sauce I've ever had!!it is so simple and easy to prepare-- I have used fresh chicken as well as canned chicken and the results are wonderful with both (although it works well with canned chicken it is much more wonderful with the fresh chicken!)I use fresh veggies (and canned peas, carrots, minus the liquid) -- mostly green and red peppers, fresh spinach, tomatoes, sometimes zucchini - and mushrooms - and the results are fabulous -- v ery worthy of a second helping. The seasoning package is a generous size and I usually save the rest for soups and stews.Eight boxes -- priced at less than $3 a box!

Yummy, easy, high in sugar
I made it with chicken, broccoli and onion, used half avocado oil and half olive oil and all of the seasoning packet. I put it directly onto a non-stick sheet pan. The broccoli stuck (yet the leftovers were easier to remove), so I'd recommend parchment paper (which the instructions recommend for easy clean up) or the silicon sheet others used. The drizzle was quite strong and "glooped" out instead of drizzling, so perhaps heating the packet in hot water first may be a good idea. I just mixed everything up quickly while hot to disperse the flavor. I would say half the packet for all the protein and veg would be enough if you were eating this keto style, without rice.If you actually served 5 (it was 2 for us, again no rice or other starch), there are 2 teaspoons of sugar per portion if you used all the seasoning (first two ingredients are sugar) and glaze/drizzle (second and third ingredients are sugar). With the veg shrinkage due to roasting, the chicken quantity seemed disproportionately high. Next time, for two, I think I'd cut back to 10 oz. chicken and up the veg.

Rather Good...
When I first tried this teriyaki pan dinner, I followed instructions to the T and it burned. So the next time I tried it with beef, and didn't leave it in so long and it came out nicely. So I imagine that you need to use your own testing to get the time right. This box comes with a seasoning packet and a sauce. You use the seasoning to coat all the ingredients (vegetables and choice of protein) and cook for around 30 minutes or a little less. Then, while still hot, you use the sauce packet and drizzle it over everything. The result is a nice teriyaki, although a little too spicy for my taste. The second time I used the coating but not the sauce, reserving that for my husband, and it was seasoned to my taste. The bottom line is: watch your time; season to your own taste, and you will have a very nice dinner indeed. The price is excellent for the product, and this will feed two or three people.

Good
Super easy and so flavorful! They are pretty large boxes in this “lot,” so make sure your pantry has plenty of room for them!

easy to make
This dinner starter comes with two pouches in a box; one pouch is the teriyaki glaze and the other is the seasoning powder. You mix the season powder with oil then mix the meat and veggie with it, cook then pour the glaze on when you're ready to eat.I did not entirely follow the instructions because I opted to stir fry it instead of baking it since it's quicker to stir fry. I mixed the seasoning powder with oil and the meat (I used beef instead of chicken), let it sit while I prepare the veggie. I heat up the pan, added a bit water in the pan and added veggies, tossed the veggie around for a bit then added the meat. I tossed it around for a few minutes, turn offed the stove and pour in the teriyaki glaze and mixed and I was done. The meal was overall very tasty and tasted delicious with jasmine rice. The seasoning was just right and I like that it won't make the meal any saltier even if you decide to use less veggie and meat. It was truly very easy and quick to put together and it can really work with anything you have in the fridge.

Quick and easy dinner
I added carrots, broccoli, bella mushrooms, and chicken to my Teriyaki sheet pan dinner with a side of jasmine rice and salad. It came out pretty good. Directions were simple to follow and this dinner came together really quick. With the amount of items added to our dish it was hard to coat everything with the small amount of seasoning it comes with so I added a bit more oil. The Teriyaki sauce was plentiful though. I think this is a great pantry item to have readily available for quick dinners.
