What are the ingredients please? In the lavender oil

Is the lavender mixed with another. carrier oil or 100% lavender essential oil? I notice the slight wording as lavender oil and not lavender essential oil.

Why does this say external use only if it's organic and natural? I use a few drops peppermint oil in batch of chocolates ,don't know if this can be us

Essential oils are not meant to be ingested. Just because something is organic or natural does not make it safe or ingestible. They are mostly for aromatherapy, cosmetic purposes, etc. many essential oils can be poisonous when ingested but some can be deadly. Even when applying it to the skin an essential oil MUST be diluted with a carrier oil before applying it to your skin. Hope this helps
