Update: the sellers contacted me and sent me out a model with a less bright LED light. I’m very impressed with their responsiveness. In my mind, this isn’t a defect in the product, just a design choice that doesn’t work for what I need. So I was very impressed to see they went out of their way to offer me an alternative. Great customer service.The charging stand works great. My only gripe is the LED light. The stand is on my nightstand and it shines a fairly bright blue and green to indicate it’s on and/or charging. It’s so bright though I have to cover it with black tape which defeats the purpose. Wish the light would turn off after a few seconds or at least after charging. Or be able to turn the light off.

Works great for my Galaxy S9+ - I was worried because my S9+ can't be charged on my actual Samsung chargers standing upright, but this one does as delivers and lets me put the phone on it upright. This is perfect for my desk at work because I can use it as a stand as well as a charger. The price was good. It doesn't have branding or writing on it so it's clean and neat looking and not cheap looking. The light indicator is green for charging and blue for charged - wish it were red for not fully charged and green for fully charged like most chargers are, but this is a small detail that doesn't bother me much. I love that it came with the AC fast charger plug - many of these don't come with one and without that kind of plug the charger doesn't charge rapidly. I felt this one is a little slower than my Samsung wireless rapid charger - that one seems to fully charge in about 3 hours, this one more like 3 1/2. Not a huge difference but would prefer the faster charge of course. Overall, great purchase, would buy another. Oh, and it worked with no problem through a clear soft case - haven't tried it with my Otterbox yet but I have a feeling it will work with that also.

With my iPhone 8 Plus in an Apple Leather Case, this charging cradle has worked everytime. No fussiness with placement, vertically or horizontally, and charging is as fast as it would be using the Apple iPhone charger and a lightning cable.Speaking of the charger... I heeded the warnings from the manufacturer & other reviewers and didn't try to pair this cradle with the Apple iPhone charger, which can't provide adequate current to energize a wireless charging pad. I'm perfectly happy paying less for the cradle and investing in a quality, high-wattage, multi-device charger that I can take on the road.I have only two complaints. First, it doesn't provide adequate support for using a large phone while it's sitting in the cradle. When my iPhone 8 Plus is placed vertically, a gentle touch is required to tap near the top of the screen without making the cradle rock. Second, when the phone is placed vertically, the cradle's shelf blocks the phone's speaker & mic. (Note to manufacturer—Instead of one continuous, 2-inch wide shelf, two narrow arms could adequately support the device while leaving the speaker/mic uncovered.)Still, for the price, a solid, well-built piece of equipment.

After much research I decided on this 3 coil fast charger. In reality it is awesome. When connected to a 2amp Anker charger it did fast charge my iPhone X. It took my iPhone from 20% to 100% in 3 hours. I looked for a car charger as good as this desktop but could not find one. So, I put some velcro on the bottom of the stand, put a 1" metal plate between the case and the phone at the very top and added a trimmed down magnet to the top of the charger. The charging time did not get negatively impacted. I have purchase 4 of these chargers which are places in various locations so I always have one available. I have recommended these to several friends.

My first 3-4 Qi charger experiments were abyssmal failures; either the phone had to be placed very precisely on a round, curved-edges lie-flat charging pads, or it had to be taken out of cases, or chargee & phone would indicate charging but wouldn't chare - presumably because of low power.This thing changed my opinion of Qi chargers entirely. Plug and play, with rectangular, upright 'cradle' making it impossible to 'misalign' the phone on the charger, plus the positioning makes the phone much more readable at a glance, either at my work desk or on my night stand. Additionally, it seems power output of this charger is higher than that of my previous tries - I currently use a phone case with a built-in 2-card wallet on the back of the phone, and this is the only charger that'd charge the phone without need to remove cards from the wallet.Using with iPhone 8.

We tried cheap versions of a wireless charger, to much disappointment. But this one is the winner, hands down. It actually WORKS, and works well! I couldn't believe it actually came with the plug and cord. Most others seems to not have that (must buy separately and try to match up), but this company actually used common sense and for that I salute them! Thank you ElleSye for a top-of-the-line product!!!! *for reference, I have the LG G6 phone.
