very strong.
although these look small 2-3 of these whilst wearing a bra works amazingly and do not want to move at all.But the only thing that could be an issue for some is that sweat removes can all stickiness over time so if you are wearing them for a long amount of time you might need to replace them but that isn't an issue due to the amount that you get and for the cheap price of these so i would recommend.

They were sticky on one side and not sticky on the other
That were not sticky one both sides and I found it only sticky on one side

Sticky but not sticky
Stick great to skin. Non stick on the other side. Wasted 20 out of 40 and gave up. Shame I wanted them to work.
