This electrolyte powder is convenient as it comes in measured packets making it easy to travel with and pour into a water bottle and shake. I like to mix in a blender with crushed ice and water and take with me to the gym to help replenish as I sweat though a workout.Each package contains a relatively small amount of powder that doesn't have much lime flavor at a 16oz dilution. There is a salty taste as one would expect in an electrolyte replenishment drink. It is easy enough to drink and does replenish electrolytes helping me maintain workout intensity but is rather expensive per serving compared to other similar options.

I've had a few of these at this point, they're a sweet, low calorie, electrolyte powder that leaves you feeling refreshed with a little boost of energy.I mix these packets with a 12oz bottle of water and I find it to be the right amount of water to powder mixture, but you might like it more flavorful or less flavorful, so mix to your taste preference.There isn't a strong lime bite as I was expecting, I really would compare it to a lime Gatorade because it's got that sweet, salty flavor without all of the calories!

This is a single pouch of powder that mixes well when added to a bottle of water. My husband is loving it and he says 5 stars for flavor and ease of use.

I’ve tried some Hydration Products that were palatable only by adding some real citrus to cut through the fake sugar sweetness. This Hydratech instant hydration drink mix does not suffer those issues. In ice cold water you can taste the lime. I love lime. It is made with cane sugar. So no over the top sweetness to combat. It mixed easily. After a day sweating in the garden, I am happy to refresh and replenish with this. Just note that one serving contains 7g of sugar so I think I will have to limit myself to one a day.

I admit, I hate those store bought electrolyte drinks that come in all colors including blue. So I thought I'll try this one instead. It is rather expensive for what it is, and the taste is so-so due to the sweetener used. Better than the store bought stuff but still not something I will drink a lot.

These packets are nice to pack away in the gym bag or backpack and they easily blend well with water. I prefer using ice cold water and it actually tastes like frozen lemonade or a Bomb-Pop! There is some added sugar, but it's not an unnecessary overload like other "sports" drinks out there.
