The blue step-down tees are an ideal height for woods and hybrids. The tee is designed to go only so far into the ground and that results in a consistent teeing height (one less thing to have to check before hitting the ball). Another plus is it seems it is somewhat easier to push them into the ground when the area is dry and ground is hard. The trade-off is they do tend to break more frequently than other types of tees, but as long as they are inexpensive and my supply is good, I'll happily continue using these. They ARE a little more difficult to find after hitting the ball but that is a function of their color and not a design flaw.

these tees listed unbreakable, and I broke 2 in 4 days. I had to pull them from the golf courses I sold them to.

Just the right height and very durable
