This is such a cute skirt. The waist is high but fits my 31 and a half inch waist. The rest of it is a little big. The front is loose and hangs long and kind of wide but weirdly the waist fits. Shorts are a tad loose. I probably could have worn a medium.I am 5'3. 31 inch waist and 43inch around butt and hips.I still love it thoughThe material is actually nice like suit pants or slacks material. And thick. Not thin or cheap feeling.

Decent quality and is a bit big. I wear a medium in everything and this medium falls down my waist, making it hard to wear with any shorter tops. Did not expect fabulous quality as I was just looking for a cute item to wear. Beats paying 80-100 bucks for a skirt that will likely go out of style in a few months.

The fit is pretty spot on. I found this skirt/ shorts by typing in cotton skirt. It is definitely polyester, and not stretchy like cotton might imply. Quality seems about mid range, the inside of the skirt front, and the back side of the shorts are lined, making it a little less see through.

Took off a star because it isn’t the most comfortable but they make up for it in style

love the skirt and everything about it except that the pocket has a giant hole in it!! ordered it for a special occasion and I won't have time to exchange it.

HORRIBLE horrible cheap material and looked absolutely ridiculous when worn. I am 5’7, 132 lbs, I am pretty slim so almost anything I wear looks good, I seldom return anything I buy online, but this one just looks horrendous on me. Tried to return but I have to pay $170+ to ship it back to China?!?!? Do not, I repeat, DO NOT waste your money on this.
