The frame was perfect. Great size and color.

Floating gold frame
Screws where included to attach the frame to the canvas but I instead used double-sided tape, which I prefer. If they had included the tape I would have given it five stars.

Inferior product
Frame came in a large box with several other items. Pieces of the frames were floating around in the box broken. The frame was not packaged in its own box or packaging! Unbelievable! Poorly packaged and the assembly is poorly designed.

The opening is larger than a 11/14 canvas!
It’s a pretty frame. After trying to see if it would work , trying different canvas pieces, each had room at to top & bottom. They won’t work! I needed a 11/14 opening which I ordered. I need to return this item!
