Can i scratch start tig weld with this?

Not sure, the one I bought didn’t work

Machine came with 110v plug, but claims it can be connected to 220v can you get 200 amp under 110v?

I’m not a professional welder or ever welded before . But I wanted to save money from paying other people to weld stuff for me . I built these two h braces 2 7/8 oil field pipe and 2 3/8 across . I did one pass with 6011 and then came back with 7018. My father in law is a welder and he said he was very surprised this little welder worked . Highly recommend for first time or hobby welders
