TV Antenna – RCA Amplified Indoor Flat HDTV Antenna with 55 Mile Range. Multi Directional with Built-in Signal Meter, Long Range Digital OTA Antenna for Clear Reception, 4K/8K, 1080P

I bought this to replace my analog antenna. I connected the RCA digital antenna to my foxtel IQ4 to receive the local free to air digital channels in my area. It works great and like the long antenna lead connected directly to my foxtel box. Picture and sound quality is excellent. I did not need to use the signal booster however its dual voltage 110 -240 volts so can be used with an adaptor plug for your country.

This antenna is supposed to provide a clear signal "up to 55 miles away" but it doesn't do such a great job in town. The signal strength meter shows a great signal, but there are still a lot of video dropouts and stuttering audio almost the same as a rabbit ear antenna. I was not impressed with the performance vs cost of this item but did not return it.

Item received did not have signal indicator as described and shown. Not able to work with smart TV even after following all instructions and RCA online support. Returning.

Installation was easy but the amplified tv antenna didn’t work any better than the others we tried. Picture quality was OK for the channels we received but could not get the main stations in our area even though we moved the antenna around. Very disappointed with this antenna for the money. Did not work as advertised.

This unit does not work better than some of my other antennas but works okay!
