Schar Gluten Free Bourbon Biscuits 125g (Pack of 2)

So good!!

I'm new to Gluten Free products and am delighted to find they are more flavorful than carb free products. These cookies have a delicate crisp to the biscuit...lovely, somewhat similar to shortbread. The cocoa filling is delicious and chocolaty. I was taken aback when I opened the box to find the biscuit was so dark almost the same color as the filling and not at all like the picture. Not a negative. I just wanted to mention it. The price is a bit too much for what you get. These are very yummy and I would recommend them for everyone, not just people with a gluten intolerance.

There is a one star review attached to these Schar cookies; It’s not even about the biscuits/cookies!!!Schar’s line of glisten free breads and baked goods are some of the best GF foods available for those of us who cannot eat grains containing gluten.My package of Scar GF Bourbon biscuits will be arriving soon and I will update my post at that time. I just thought it unfair to judge a product by a misplaced review which is not reportable.***UPDATE*** My package of Schar GF Bourbon Biscuits finally arrived! I'm not sure of the shipping method between here and the Netherlands, but 6 weeks is a long time to wait. The biscuits are incredibly delicate and beautifully satisfying for a chocolate lover. I am resisting eating the entire box at one sitting! I will need to find a steady source of these fine biscuits closer to home :-)

I gave it one star because that is as low as I can go. This is the cheapest junk I have ever bought. Wand fell apart before one use! Round Up used to be known for its quality and now they just want to capitalize on that reputation. Buy this and I guarantee you will be sorry you did!
