FRANKEFF3450 Steel Series 17-7/16" Tall Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet, Stainless Steel

We ordered this faucet to replace an existing plastic one that was in our new home. It's beautiful and functional. Best of all it's real metal, not metal colored plastic . We were also able to order a coordinating soap pump, which really elevated the look of our sink area. I can't say enough good things about Franke's customer service. We had a problem with the spray nozzle when we first got the faucet, and they immediately replaced it. It has worked great ever since.

This is a beautiful faucet that fits our kitchen. Fairly easy installation as we had a Franke faucet prior that froze up after 20 years. Great design and super easy to use. The spray head pulls out and returns easily. On head toggle between spray and straight flow. Love it!

The look is great. The spray button came unscrewed, Not sure if it was a fluke or something that will happen again, so when I clean I check the button to be sure it is not coming unscrewed. Also the water spray is forceful and does not distribute the water widely, and maybe too strong of a spray if used to rinse delicate foods. Otherwise, I love the look. .

Update 23-Aug-2021. Spray button no longer auto releases.Down graded to 1 star after response from Franke essentially telling to follow the directions after I explained the problem when following the directions.In the end I was able to get a satisfactory installation by immobilizing the outlet lines whilst tightening the nuts.The vice grips are barely snug on the connectors, just enough to prevent the hose from turning.Written 6 months after install.The heavy hose weight torques the fitting. Eventually the fitting can loosen, spraying water under the sink when the valve is activated.The hose fitting at the gooseneck is a plastic part which can unscrew, preventing the sprayer from seating properly. The plastic deforms after repeated use requiring user force to seat.The spray valve becomes recalcitrant and does not release when the water is turned off.We have very soft water and no scaling issues.

I am very happy with this faucet. Great quality product, love it.

The pressure comes out too focused and too strong in general. It's challenging to slightly adjust/regulate the flow. The fan out spray mode also creates often too much spray bouncing off objects and onto the area beyond the sink.

Unit had low pressure right out of the box. Call tech support at Franke , useless. They had me send a video and after sent, never heard from them again!! Went to Home Depot and purchased another brand 1/2 the price that works great. Amazon was great with return. Two weeks later and still nothing from Franke. Terrible....

Love its elegance, its ease of use, and how easy it is to keep clean.. Our plumber, who we have used for years, admired its construction!
