When the description said red +blue that mean 2 bags ?

Yes it came with 2 bags. They fit over the handle of the suitcases perfectly. When you fold the bag up into its self packet, the inside of the pocket becomes the outside of the folded up packet.

Would you put toys and lego gifts in this bag to check?

I only use this bag for carry on. Don’t think it would be good for checking with anything breakable inside."If you just put it at home to store Lego toys, I think it's okay."

Is it machine washable?

Yes, in cold water and hang air dry.The material is lightweight but stiff.

What are the dimensions? My computer is 17x13, will it fit?
