Couldn’t be happier
Went all in and bought five of these to replace some older WiFi enabled purifiers that were getting harder and harder to find filters for. Absolutely thrilled that they were Thread compatible. They joined my Apple Home on the first try and controls through the Home app respond instantly. I like all the features like the air quality status ring and the auto dimming. I only have one complaint: the sleep mode option isn’t available in the Apple Home app. Doesn’t bother me because I am just leaving these on auto, but I found it weird that it wasn’t an option. These are plenty quiet in normal or auto mode though.

Works well and quiet!
Super quiet on lowest setting. Much quieter than the previous two air purifiers I had. Also, the auto mode works great as when someone is cooking in the kitchen (next room) I can see it sense the particulates and adjust fan speed on it's own and then settle down when the numbers drop back down to normal. Overall very pleased with the

IT WAS BAD - BUT….. Now it’s GOOD!
At about 11 months the sensors for air quality in both of my units shot up to 999 and stayed there. I wrote support and let them know something wasn’t right. They referred me to a YouTube video for cleaning the sensor. I did as instructed and the sensor seemed ok. A week or so later, back to 999. I emailed them again and was told the warranty had expired and good luck with your two non working units. “I will get in touch with the factory and see if I can get an answer” is what I’m told. I reminded them I notified them of the problem under one year of ownership. There was a very large gap in response, so I finally got frustrated enough to write a review on Amazon. Shortly after my review went live, I received an email letting me know that my request had made it through approval from the departments that needed to make the decision to repair the defective units.About a week later I received a box with two brand new units. I also received a very nice email which admitted that the process took longer than it should have, and the lack of communicating updates as to the status needed to be addressed so others don’t have the same experience I did.For this I think it’s fair to bring my review and rating up. Although the process could have been better, there was an acknowledgement and a resolution. As I said at the start of my review, the units are great and work well. I am hopeful they have changed to a more robust air quality sensor so that they work/last longer. We shall see how these two fare in about eleven months! So 5 stars for the customer service, and actually standing behind the product. It was bumpy yes, but in the end perhaps a lesson in how to treat customers! I hope anyone that has an issue is taken care of as I was. That’s how customer service should work!

Excellent air purifier! I bought it for the thread integration with HomeKit and it works great. Pretty quiet too which is a plus. Overall happy with the purchase.

Smart, Effective and Necessary
When I realized that smart homes were more than just lightbulbs and that I could use the technology to get better insights into my home’s air quality, many of the blogs I was reading mentioned Airversa’s Purelle. Living in New York City, it didn’t surprise me that an air purifier could bring huge benefits to my home. What surprised me was that I’d never been concerned about it before. The Airversa Purelle’s thread-enabled features and Apple Home compatibility were all it took to give this device a try. To this day, I wish I’d recorded our family’s reactions on the day we received and set up the air purifier. The setup was a breeze — pun intended . Over the following days, my spouse and I couldn’t get over how much thinner and lighter the air we were breathing felt. Within a month, we had a second Airversa Purelle set up at home. While I can vouch that setup is as simple as setting it and forgetting it, I don’t think we will ever forget how vastly improved our indoor air felt from that day forward. Fast forward to the summer of 2023, when Canadian wildfires brought visibly hazy skies and a hazardous AQI of over 340 to New York City, we sat indoors watching local news programs while our two Purelle devices worked tirelessly in auto mode, never one struggling to keep our indoor AQI low. This unplanned use case was a true testament to the unseen value air purifiers add to the quality of the air we breathe in our homes, day or night. As the sun set while the city’s AQI was still rising; two of our neighbors and my close friend had asked to come hang out at our place for the evening as the smell of wildfire in their homes was causing them concern and discomfort. I’ve now owned these devices for well over a year, always running in “auto” mode, and despite all of their hard work, my filters still have over 30% left in them before I need to switch them out. I only wish I had more rooms in my home to justify purchasing more of these indispensable purifiers!

Red Circle of Death
After finally getting ahold of support, the intake sensor filter was all that needed to be cleaned and everything worked once again. Should be port of the replacement maintenance of the filters.I purchased two units a year ago and everything went fine until about a month back when I was reading poor conditions with a red indicator and a reading of 999 hearts per million. I thought maybe the filter was the issue so I bought two sets of filters for both units. It did not correct the one unit that kept reading poor air. Both units are in the same room so I know it has nothing to do with the air. I’ve tried resetting to no avail. I’ve emailed customer service twice with no response. At this point I’m very dissatisfied and would not recommend these units because of the poor customer service as well as the product quality. The unit literally sits there in the room with the other one and broke. Doesn’t make any sense.
