ZTE Trek 2 as a tablet is good. It's fast for the price, the screen is nice, features are good. Battery life is incredibly long. At $79.99 for a refurb it's probably one of the best choices in the pricerange. You may be able to get a tablet for $20 less but this is worth the $20 more.It arrived unlocked. I haven't been able to test it with a regular GSM provider...but oddly enough it supports the same 4G LTE frequencies verizon uses. I was able to pop in an activated Verizon sim card, and change the network provider to Verizon without any issues. Verizon probably wouldn't want to activate this on their network, but swapping is fine. Only downside is no CDMA fallback, so if somehow you're out of 4G signal on Verizon, you won't be able to make calls on it...but it's a tablet so that doesn't really matter.

Looks like a refurbished tablet from att works great came with original cable and chargers USB-C fast charging is great .A minor set back is the bloowere from ATT can’t be remove only disable if try to use other sim from any other provider look for the proper APN for that company on T-Mobile works ok

I was just looking for a tablet that I could use with a free sim card I got from Freedom Pop. This tablet does that, plus a whole lot more. This unit is sturdy, zippy, and is in constant use at work to keep me connected to the outside world . The display is bright and clear. All the features are there. Outside of the AT&T junkware (most of which can be hidden), it's is very close to stock Android. It manages streaming video well. It can download from the Netflix app for offline viewing (many inexpensive tablets can't). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is a lot of people toss out the 1 and 5-star reviews and look only at the ones between.I just don't see how you can get a better tablet for the money, or even twice the money, for that matter.

I bought, tested, requested returns, repackaged them, shipped them back out several times all trying to find the best tablet for a great price, and I finally found it, It's design makes it feel like a much bigger tablet then it actually is, and the battery is by far the best in the industry, don't get me started with the screen, and to be able to add up to 128GB of additional storage, is the best thing since sliced bread, kidding! But this tablet is by far a must have, and for less them $80.00 it doesn't get better then that!!

I would be careful with biying this because my screen is uncalibrated and i dont know why but be warned from what the others say also.

Cracked on bottom by speaker so the sound doesn't come out of it
