This was first referred to me by my chiropractor of which it was really expensive. Thought I would look here and low and behold, here it was for almost half the price!Let it be understood that everyone has different discomfort tolerances, different types of muscle aches so what works for me might not work for another person, that is how herbs work. Since getting a doctor to prescribe now even muscle relaxers is almost an act of God this seems to work rather well. It helped decrease the amount of over the counter things like Advil, Tylenol, etc. Granted sometimes I have to take more, other times just two depending on the situation. What it won't work on for me are the back spasms that you cannot move, it might help a tad, but I am still almost immobile. Naturally the doctor just says, take time off work and stay in bed as if that will pay the bills.If you want to decrease your over the counter stuff, it would be worth a try. I have been using it for a few years and it is better than nothing, sometimes the ouch actually goes away.

I have been using this product for years just before going to bed. They are a mild relaxant and seem to do the job without the harmful ingredients in other sleep enhancers. I actually have not received this part of the order yet. Maybe in the next few days???
