I needed hardware for a pre-hung door unit that was shipped incomplete. (another vendor, not Rockwell) rockweel customer service went above and beyond the ordinary to ship this hardware to us. Since they did not list the parts I needed, the rep had me order this part and actually shipped the items I needed. This, in my opinion, was extraordinary service, the type rarely encountered in today's business world. My hat's off to Rockwell customer service.

If you're looking for Adam's Rite replacement, this is not it, but comes with the faceplate and skrews which make it a good buy. Also comes treated for rust resistance.

Product received did not work. I believe it was just defective. But based on the cost, I chose not to try and return it. I ended up paying more for the part at a local hardware store and it worked.

I purchased this mortise lock in August and the top screw sheered off immediately during installation, rendering the whole mechanism useless. I still need a replacement lockset, but it will certainly not come from this company!
