I’ve cooked with some brand name pans in my time (35 plus years) and have to say this product is the best that I’ve used to date. Will look into a larger skillet from his line of products. Wonderful!

Pan is a good thickness but does not retain very even heat in an electric stove. The handle also gets warm as you hook with it, never hot but definitely warm.

I really wanted to give this a 5 star rating, but I have to say I'm really disappointed. Why? It looks and feels solid, not cheap like so many other products on the market. After just a few months of use our pan has warped. Which may not be a big deal if you're cooking with gas or electric cook tops, but if you're using induction, as we are, it is everything. With induction systems the pan must be in contact with the heating element. No contact, no heat. Warped pan, not enough contact. As a result, the amount of heat being directed to the food is not anywhere near what it should be. Almost useless.

Good pan, but doesn't last longer than 3 years of careful use and dishwasher. Nonstick layer gets starts deteriorating already after 2 years.So much for the Premium Quality.

I feel like a boss everytime I use this pan. My housemate has a cheap tfal pan on the same stove and mine just looks completely superior next to it.

Come si vede in TV cuoce perfettamente la carne, bistecche spiedini e anche le verdure con poco o niente olio e davvero non attacca, ne ho già due, fantastica!

Una delle migliori padelle che io abbia mai provato.
