Pain relief
Excellent, much better than I expected. As I am recovering from shingles, the relief is unbelievable. Easy to keep applied to the affected area. A very good item. Well worth the price.

Very useful ice-pack
Large ice pack is exactly what we needed. It stays flexible when frozen and therefore can be strapped around a swollen joint etc. Great for reducing swelling and pain relief.

Great product bad staps
The item itself is brilliant really helps with sore muscles/tendons very flexible. Only issue is it only comes with 1x strap so if you fasten it around the middle of the pack the liquid inside goes to either end meaning the middle is less cold, I use my own straps.

Perfect and Comfortable
Superb product really helped my painful ankle and knee it also stays flexible when frozen only bad point straps too short but I still highly recommend
