InterDesign Inter-Design Sink Strainer, Set of 1, Graphite

It keeps stuff from going down the drain and looks pretty. It doesn't accidentally plug the drain like the sink stopper does so as far as I'm concerned, it does it's job well.

I didn't expect this to be Hard Plastic; I thought it would be soft vinyl/nylon of the same kind as the sink mats. Still, this looks and works great; I cut out a hole at the appropriate location in the sink mat and keep it dropped in from on top of the mat so it can be lifted out when I want to use the disposal; this is a great option to prevent utensils from dropping into the disposal.

Hard plastic is easy to clean and disinfect — holds up well even when putting hot objects into sink.

It is very stiff and sits higher than the drain. So food and debris just collects around the outside of it. (outside of the plastic 'rocks'.) Think about how gross that is. You have to pick it up and then everything just goes into the drain. Mostly nothing ever made it to the center 'strainer' part to be dumped.Waste of money. Don't bother. Get a regular strainer from the dollar store.

I ordered this thinking it would be made out of the same material that my Pebblz sink liners are made of but it's not. The insert is a hard plastic so it doesn't fix inside my hole that I cut out of my liner. Nothing wrong with the product - it just doesn't work how I expected. It does not fit flush in the bottom of my sink

I anxiously awaited for this to arrive but when it arrived after a long delay of delivery (probably the normal time specified, but I didn't look closely enough) the plastic sink strainer was too big to insert into any one of my sinks and trying it as the picture shows is a HUGE waste of time as it floats and makes itself useless for catching things you don't want to go into the drain.

Replaces old fashioned metal strainer that comes with kitchen sinks. Good looking, strains well, feels cleaner than the gunk that accumlates in metal strainers.

Looks great in the sink. Sturdy construction. I've had this for awhile and it has held up beautifully.

Its made of non flexible hard plastic and pakaging is very poor that it broke during shipment. Price is also exorbitant. Suction pad is also of inferior quality.

Ne colle pas suffisamment à l'évier au niveau des sortes de cailloux, laisse donc passer plein de choses... Fait en plastique rigide...

I have a standard size tub drain and this is too large, probably should have read the dimensions before ordering.

Wir sind leider rein nach der Optik gegangen und haben dieses Abflusssieb bestellt. Eigentlich sind wir von einem weichen Material ausgegangen.. halt ähnlich wie Duschmatten die so ähnlich aussehen. Das war allerdings unser Fehler, denn es ist aus stabilem Plastik und passt sich somit gar nichts an.Für die Dusche ist es leider zu groß, da die Mulde relativ tief liegt und somit an das Plastik vom Abfluss stößt. Geht zurück.

Wir haben dieses Abflusssieb ausgesucht, weil es halt was anderes ist, als die Metalleinsätze.Aber leiderist der Einsatz viel größer als hier angegeben.Statt der 12 mal 4 cm ist es in Wirklichkeit 12cm gesamt und 7cm!! der Einsatz.Keine Ahnung wie man das in ein normales Waschbecken reinbekommen soll^^So an sich ist es aber schön verarbeitet. Nur halt viel zu groß.
