How snug are these? Do the hold your balls in place? This can be an issue with me.

Yes these are great jocks. I have larger boys than most and it holds then securely. The 1” is more of a swim and run jock. The 2” is a good workout gym shorts jock. The do make a great 3” traditional jock too.

When will the small be available again?

It will likely be around 3 months before we get a restock of size small from our manufacturer.

Purchase jock before, however pouch goes beyond holding the jewel and to the bottom portion of butt, my question is, is this so with this jock?

I would imagine that would depend on how well you fill the pouch. Not having that issue.
