This bottle was good for one application on our yard. And the area is not very big. The product worked great, but for the price at one application, we would go broke. We live in AZ, have artificial grass with two 50 lb dogs. I read all the reviews on about 10 different products. People need to realize that the smell keeps coming back because the dogs keep going pee. To use it once and say it does not work would be like saying you only have to flush once.I have used the granular stuff you sprinkle and 4 different brands of spray. As soon as the temp hits 90, with the sun directly on the grass, the smell begins. When the sun sets the smell is gone. I have just accepted I have to spray it every day early in the morning, during the summer

We have a medium sized Labradoodle (55lbs) that uses a strip of artificial turf in our patio area to do his business when we are not home. The strip is about 3ft x 20ft and after a year of use it was starting to get a strong ammonia smell to it. We have been careful to pickup solid waste quickly and hose it down thoroughly every week or two, but that was no longer working very well and our dog was not wanting to step foot on the turf.For the first treatment I intentionally over-treated and used almost half the bottle. I then saturated the turf with plain water after that. The next day there was absolutely no smell other than the light fragrance left by the product. Since then I have done a few more applications as needed and they have worked equally as well.Make sure the ground is saturated and this product should work extremely well for you.

So far so good. I only used it one time and just ordered another batch. Like everyone else has said, make sure you PRE SOAK the area first. I actually set out the sprinkler that does the auto rotate to get a vast area covered. Then I went and sprayed the application. Make sure you pay attention to the amount that is going out and not getting a full even application on the whole area. The fragrance is nice and the next day....wowzer...yes the odor will be apparent, but it did settle down on the next day. But I guess it just means the product was working. So don't freak out and say it didn't work and smelled. Reading the instructions and these reviews will help you make a better decision in my opinion. I know it did for me.

I've tried many different solutions to get rid of the odor in our yard as a result of two medium size female dogs who apparently pee a lot. The summer is the worst. We're very diligent in watering down the turf, trying various chemical solutions but the odor always returns very quickly.Turf Renu seems to be the miracle solution! I spoke with someone at the company who explained how this product works and how to apply it and after the first application, the odor was gone. But, we plan to reapply regularly to keep it that way. I've already ordered the gallon size. The 32 ounce bottle has enough solution for about 3 treatments for our yard. Be sure to apply in the evening after the sun is not shining on the lawn and wash the turf and surrounding areas thoroughly with water before applying the Turf Renu --- the directions are on the bottle.

I bought this product hoping with would simplify my artificial turf cleaning process. You are supposed to just attach it to your hose and spray. Great in theory. The instructions say "turn the yellow dial" to open the spout; "push the yellow button" to engage the solution. However, there is nothing "yellow" to turn or push. I could turn the GREEN dial, but there was no button to push so no way to engage the solution. I had to resort to the old way of using the exterminator canister that you have to pump for 30 minutes to build up pressure. I would consider purchasing again if TURF RENU fixes the directions and the mechanics of the product.

We installed a large dog run - 14' x 24' - in the back yard, which is located very near our outdoor kitchen and pool. I had a terrible fear of the astroturf smelling so I knew i needed to try something. Purchased Turf Renu and it works like a charm. Eliminates the "pee" smell and leave a subtle scent. First bottle lasted about 4 weeks, as I'm treating the turf about once a week. As the temperature rises, I foresee needed to use it twice per week, but for now this is perfect!

Horrible product!! Didn't do anything to remove or even mask the smell. My artificial turf actually smells more "ripe" from dog urine than it did before using. My artificial turf is 3 months old and I have a chihuahua. So not a large dog and she is only outside to do her business. I hose the grass down regularly and have never had any odor issues until about a week ago I noticed a urine smell. Bought this product and it smells worse now. Pretty disappointed.

Surprised it worked so well. I've tried enzyme products and they don't do the job. This bacterial solution worked extremely well. I've only used it once and during the winter. When the summer hits, that will be the real test. If it doesn't do the job then, I will update this review.I use this product for the dogs to use to relieve themselves. It cleared out the odor and more importantly, the dogs went right back to using it. Other sprays I've tried needed a couple days of drying before the dogs would use it.
