Top notch customer service and excellent heater
I bought this heater to install in my conversion van. The installation was relatively easy, it’s mostly plug and play once you figure out where you want to place the heater and the fuel source on the vehicle. I was wrapping up the install on Christmas Eve, but ran into some unexplainable error codes on the multi control. I reached out to Matt via email for some help, but in low spirits thinking it would be a while before I heard back because of the holiday. He contacted me back within the hour with the solution and I was up and running. The customer support was some of the best I’ve ever seen! The heater is also great, can’t wait to take it out in the mountains!
