Had this ice maker for about 3 weeks. It works well and is pretty quiet. It, obviously, makes some noise when it dumps the ice into the hopper. The ice in the hopper will stay frozen for a while but you will want to empty the hopper periodically. We bought this because the ice maker in our Samsung refrigerator never worked properly and I got tired of going to the store to buy ice. I'm very pleased with this icemaker so far.

This is one of my favorite items I've ever bought on Amazon. It makes ice quickly, is easy to use, and is a good size to keep on my counter.I am also drinking so much more water! It has been worth every penny! I even just ordered one for my grandparents who also had the ice maker in their refrigerator stop working.

Our refrigerator ice maker made the ice smell terrible. Stopped using that one and hated not having ice. We purchased this one with the hopes of finally having ice in our drinks and it did not disappoint. Leave it running for a few hours and fills and you will have enough ice for a week. Every 2 to 3 cycles just take it out and throw it in the supplied bag. It won’t keep the ice cold after it makes it.

Initially we recieved a machine that made a horrible loud sound the second it was turned on. After going through the hassle of returning that one and trying out a replacement, so far it works well. Very quiet, makes good ice cubes. I like the choice in sizes. I will update my review as time goes on but fie now I'll keep it at 4 stars. But I am happy with our replacement as of now.

I bought this as a gift for my N laws. They went to Sonic and bought ice most weeks. No more. It produces plenty of ice for the 2 of them and if they know they are having company can bag it up. It's not "noisy" but you can hear it if near by. I'd say like a fridge o4 low noise microwave running. They are very happy with it. No complaints.

This things makes ice so fast. But it doesn't keep ice, say....overnight. I mean it does, but much of it is melted and what is left is very wet. I've taken it and put it into my freezer, but because it is so wet, it sticks together quite a bit. But we will keep using and enjoying it.

I did read some reviews that it was quite. I would not say that, but I have not heard others. But it does make it pretty quickly though. But ideally you would want to put it in the garage, not in the kitchen or somewhere you were hanging out.

It’s small and handy. Makes ice quickly. It is a bit noisy, especially if the water fill chamber is low. Not sure yet if well water will impact performance but so far so good.I wondered how the ice stayed cold on the counter. Turns out ice is constantly being made- melt water goes back into reservoir. A little flap sensor tells it when ice is full. Plan to wipe reservoir out often. We have to frequently add water in a house of 5 adults- every other day.All in all a great appliance since kids have turned freezer ice machine bin into a favored hiding spot for ice cream…

I let it sit overnight, then cleaned it as instructed. I ran it through the cleaning cycle and it worked fine. I put it on to make ice and it made cubes. The next day when I tried it it turned on, the water went through, i selected the ice size. A minute later it goes straight to stand by. So no ice. I’ve tried to re boot it. Left it sit again and nothing works it just goes straight to stand by.

It’s too small my other one that broke down was bigger, disappointing on the size.
