5 Year Old Daughter Loves It
Fun game! I got this for my 5 year old daughter. I love her Leappad, she can play games like this one, that keep her entertained and excited, while at the same time learning. She was very excited to receive this game, despite the fact it's not princesses or ponies, so that was nice. She spends a lot of time switching between this one and her Dora game.

LeapFrog LeapPad Ultra eBook: Mr. Pencil - The Lost Colors of...
Kids seem to like Mr Pencil games and my kids like this ultra book. I bought it for a very nice price and it kept kids interested. Younger children enjoy it more as it educational and fun for those who learn to write and trace letters and numbers.

Great product!
My 5 yr old son who is in kindergarten likes this game the best of the ones he received for Christmas. He can figure out a lot of it on his own, & loves the adventures of Mr. Pencil. Great product!

We Love Mr Pencil!
We purchased this for our 4 year old son for his leap pad. My son loves Mr. Pencil and has a few of the ebooks and loves them. Please note - THIS IS NOT A GAME THIS IS A BOOK, but there are games along the way. There are different reading modes - either the book can read to you or you can record your voice to it, etc. Dr. Dull has made doodleburg boring and the story is about finding the colors Dr Dull has got rid of and fixing doodleburg. Very similar to the Mr Pencil Saves Doodleburg game - same characters, but different disaster. Id recommend for a young leap pad user. I think 4-6 but depends on the childs interests. I think it is aimed more at very young users. Overall great and I would recommend.

Son finished game in a couple of hours.
My 5 year old son loved playing this game. It kept him entertained for a couple of hours. Problem is that he finished the game in those couple of hours. I was hoping that he would enjoy it longer than that.
