This tea is AMAZING. Im on day 2 of drinking it and Im level 10/10 relaxed. This is NOT a paid review (as much as I wish it was, lol) Not only am I relaxed, but it has helped with bloating and possibly helping in insulin regulation. I am not a medical provider, so you have to do your own research on it. I just wish I found it sooner!

Smells wonderful and helped me out when i was getting a cold and its good for stomach issues. I brew these in the morning by putting them in disposable teabags or a steeper. This bag will sure last a long while until my tulsi plants get bigger
