It's too much effort to write reviews so I don't usually anymore but feel like I need to defend this product. Yes, it's plastic. So are name brand shower heads that are the same price or more and do not feature a rainfall flow pattern.The joint is the only part that is metal but does it matter at this price? It still looks great and features an elegant design. Once it's in place it will still last and provide you with as powerful of a shower as you desire (and your pipes can deliver) assuming you're not constantly adjusting it.After using this it makes other showers seem weak and bad by comparison as the rainfall pattern is perfect and just the right size in order to maximize pressure without making the flow weaker by spreading it out another inch or two.For the price you really can't go wrong unless you want to spend more. I did a bunch of comparisons before purchasing this when there were hardly any reviews for it and it was the best bargain I could find.Still not good enough? You could always stand in the rain for free or pay way more for a head that is still plastic. I'll stick with this.

*updated 09/21/20Good value for the $.Disclamer: i added atwisty on/off knob so i can easily soap w/o running/wasting H2O.* If you live in heavy lime-scale water area - it may be an issue with nozzle tips. (See below)**since i added a twisty-knob to save water, i did a '300-seconds modification.'I drilled the water tips out to a slightly larger diameter. Luxurious flow and pressure, zero lime-scale issues, still saves water with the twisty-knob. She loves it, too. Whoosh!

We thought we had a water pressure problems so I ordered this shower head and found out the problem was the old shower head. This works great. We actually enjoy taking showers now.

Understand this is a water restricted product, not the Seinfeld power shower.

I have had it installed for several months now and it is working well. It is made of cheap plastic but I am not sure that makes a difference.

The shower head installed easily without tools or professional help.It was described as full chrome, but it was actually chrome-colored plastic.In addition, it was advertised as being a high pressure head, but even after removing the water regulator, the pressure is low enough that the stream bends halfway down. Disappointing.

I suppose we do not have enough pressure because the water flows out and droops down about a foot from the wall.

This shower head gives the best shower ever. It puts a lot of water exactly where you want it, on your hair.
