AcoustiFan AFDP 7025B 70mm Dustproof Ultra Quiet Fan

I love this fan. I had purchased a cheap fan a few months ago and at first I was ok with it but the more I tried to use my desktop the more annoying the volume of it became. I finally broke down and thought I'd give this one a try. It isn't exactly silent, but I can talk on the phone while sitting at my desk and not have problems hearing or being heard. The only thing I wish it came with mounting screws but I did know that before I bought it as others had mentioned it in the comments. Overall excellent product.

It's a quiet fan. Not Silenx quiet, but Silenx doesn't make a 70mm case fan. This is the next best thing, but at twice the cost.I purchased four of these for my 12 disk RAID enclosure. The move a decent amount of air and keep things cool, and the noise level is low. I have my RAID enclosure in my office, eight feet away from my desk, and the noise from it, while noticeable, does not affect my hearing anything else, (like the birds outside my closed window) or having conversations or phone calls, or such.I would not use these for really hot applications, as they do not maximize air flow, but that's not why you buy these things.

Easily one of the quietest fans on the market. If you're in the pro audio or film business, I highly advise you invest in one of these fans. I have a home studio and my condenser mic doesn't pick up any of the ambiance from my computer.
