VIZIO D50F-E1 D-SERIES - 50" CLASS (49.5" VIEWABLE) LED TV (New)

When the Vizio 50" LED TV arrived, I opened it immediately and placed it on the cabinet I purchased just for it to sit on. I turned on the TV and immediately noticed that the top of the tv screen was not level as it should be. There is a gap in the frame, approximately 12 inches long where bright light is shining down onto the tv screen. The frame is completely sealed but during assembly was not lined up properly. The front and back piece were not lined up correctly causing light from inside the tv to shine out along the bottom edge of the frame. It is very noticeable and very distracting. I have decided to return the tv and hopefully have it replaced with another that passed a quality inspection. This one certainly would not have, had someone actually inspected it. When you invest almost $600 in a new tv, you should expect it to be in perfect condition, not something you don't even want to use! Amazon, please check into your third party vendors to be sure they meet yours and your customer's expectations.

It arrived early and was easy to set up. Great picture. I hope it doesn’t die on me but so far so good!!

Nothing to dislike. T.v arrived in less time, & in good condition. It was as advertised. Very happy with this company!

Easy breezy set up. Great picture.

1. The interface on the home screen is clumsy and not intuitive2. Audio speakers are not merely bad, they're abysmal - add the cost of a good soundbar to the whatever you pay for this television3. Remote is extremely basic in terms of functions4. IF you opt-out of their tracking software during setup, the television defaults to the lowest possible picture quality settings. How low? HD movies on Amazon are shown to you at 480p, that's how low. 4K movies on VUDU are shown to you at 720p or 480p. Basically, Vizio is holding your television hostage - when you go back into Settings and allow their view-tracking software to monitor and report every single thing you watch, then they give you the picture quality they advertised.Very disappointed, and I'm done with Vizio now.

The big screen I liked the most. The way the TV starts up is my least favorite.

Llegó con un empaquetado viejo, sin unicel. La caja se veía usada y al sacarla de la caja la TV estaba rota de los laterales y la pantalla tenía manchas. Al encenderla se veía horrible tal como la foto. Desconozco quién es el responsable principal de ésto pero fue una mala experiencia. Tengo dos televisiones Vizio y nunca había tenido ningún problema.
