Quality beyond price and expectations!
This is the second Ganzo model I've bought, having bought three of the Firebird Ganzo F7759M pocket folding knives. The Ganzo G806-GB fixed blade knife arrived today. It is shaving sharp, perfectly even edge grinds ( not found on a lot of higher priced knives, comfortable handle, good working-size blade and sturdy sheath that holds the knife snugly and securely without any movement or rattle! A very impressive working knife at an unbelievably low price!

Excellent blade, excellent value
The media could not be loaded. The knife seems to be very well constructed. The grinds appear to be even on all of the blade. The blade has an attractive tumbled finish on it. The handle is quite comfortable and very grippy. And the handle has a very good length for my hand. There is one complaint that I do have though. When I pulled the knife out of the box, I immediately noticed that some sort of perfume had been sprayed into the packaging. While that is a nice gesture, it is very difficult to get the smell out of the rubber of the handle and to be successfully used outdoors, there should be no perfume odor on the knife. Many bees are attracted to the sweet smell of perfumes!

Great Mora alternative with a saber grind.
Pretty decent knife overall, feels solid and comfortable. Arrived sharp with symmetrical grind lines with one side perfect the other side extending a hair into the choil. Same length and size as the Mora Companion with slightly different ergonomic grip.Blade steel is ok for the price I feel a little softer than 12c27 but sharpens easily. The saber grind is good for processing game or fruit and veggies. I wish it had a 90° spine for ferro rods but it didn't take much to fix that. It's a good value knife that would be great to keep in the truck, backpack or tackle box.

Good for the money
For the money the Ganzo 806 is a keeper. The blade geometry, ambi sheath -for lefties too, grip size and texture are all good.Waiting for the knife blade-8cr to dull and resharpen to give a opinion for it .Came extremely sharp. The high grind is good in the kitchen as in the camp or skinning game if the blade edge retention is good.An overall bush -camp knife.

Great truck or tackle box knife
It’s difficult to beat the utility for the price. It’s got a sharp, useful and functional blade, with a comfortable handle. This is great knife to leave in the truck, or in your toolbox. At that price, it’s not painful to purchase and then just leave it as part of your kit.

Handy
Got this as a low cost multi use knife for camping and hiking. Probably not the type of knife I'd carry if I anticipated a survival situation, but it could function in that capacity as long as one bears in mind its design limitations and treats it accordingly. Came very sharp out of the box, but I did do some edge honing and stropping anyways. Should work just fine for the purposes I'd use it for and for the price it's tough to beat. I prefer the edge geometry of this knife over a Mora because of the versatility of the blade profile in many different situations, but if I expected to be carving wood much I'd go with the Moras.

Not a Mora, but pretty close
I like high quality cheap knives. This fits that description very well. It is a very sharp utility knife that you won't feel bad about abusing, losing, or even just tossing after a particularly horrendous task. I'd buy it again easily. It's very comparable to a mora companion in size and ergonomics although it doesn't seem to be quite at that quality. (that could very well be my pro mora bias speaking)I like it and will buy it again.
